unable to access the chtrooms or the site

As I have said in all the previous e-mails, and all the phone calls. I said I am not able to get in any chat room. The site keeps sending me r-mails saying someone has winked. When I responded. The little clock( the little clock is what I see when I come to the site) that I see all the time on your site pops up. These people who have sent me messages are clearly not getting my response. The reason I know that my message was not sent is, after the little clock stops turning, the message disappear. So what I did was I e-mail my friend from my personal e-mail. I asked him did he get any of my messages (from the site), He said," NOPE" I am really irritated with the answers that I get from the representatives that answer the phone( representatives from Be Naughty site). Also these e-mails that you are responding to, from me have to be something that automatically happens when ever some one sends you site (BE NAUGHTY) has a problem that notifies your site. All the e-mails that I have sent you state that I have been waiting for a week now. I have called several times as wells as sending you several e-mails. I really do not know what to do. Once again I asked what is going on? In every e-mail I sent clearly states the problem. ALL THE PHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO YOUR BE NAUGHTY SITE, I TOLD THEM (REPRESENTATIVES ) THE SAME THING I JUST TOLD YOU IN THIS E-MAIL THEIR RESPONSE IS ALWAYS THE SAME A TECHNICIAN WILL RESPOND TO YOUR INQUIRY IN 24 HOURS. THEY HAVE SAID THAT TO ME EVERY TIME I HAVE CALLED. ( A REPRESENTATIVE WILL RESPOMD TO YOUR IMQUIRY WITH IN 24 HOURS. SINCE

WHAT i HAVE NOTICED IS THAT THE REPRESENTATIVES (RUSH ME OFF THE PHONE) I HAVE WAITED AND WAITED. AND TIMES, I AM SURE SINCE THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME , IT IS HAPPENING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I GUESS BE NAUGHTY IS MAKING TONS OF MONEY B/C YOU OBVIOUSLY FEEL THAT WHATEVER PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS NOT WORTH FIXING. IS THERE A SUPERVISOR THAT I CAN POSSIBLY SPEAK TO I AM SORRY BUT I MUST SAY IT IS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND SOME OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES, THE SPEAK TO FAST AND THEIR ENGLISH IS NOT TO GOOD!
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME WITHOUT THE AUTOMATIC MACHINE THAT KEEPS " A TECHNICIAN WILL REPOND TO YOUR INQUIRY IN 24 HOURS". IT HAS BEEN A LITTLE OVER A WEEK. NO ACCESS TO THE SITE.
