I have tried numerous times to fax Be2 as they require from the 15 May 2019 to cancel my "membership" their faxes and emails do not work. fax# +44 207 785 9384 and email [email protected] does not work at all. You cannot remove your card details from their website either. So if you can't cancel membership and you can't remove your card details they will continue deducting R1999 from your account, if they don't get payment they list you with the credit bureau. Please assist, there are numerous complaints on Hellopeter and worldwide I see. I'm not playing with you. I will report you everywhere. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I've already reported you to econsumer.gov , I've also reported you to the fraud division of FNB, I have all day to report you worldwide. I don't want excuses make sure my money is back in my account BE2!

This is the second complaint i have lodged. Be2 had a sign up offer of r80 which i paid. This weekend without my consent or notification they deducted r1100 off my account.
This is intolerable.
I demand an explanation and a refund as this is highway robbery.
