My name is Amanda Peters and I had a problem with this site over a year ago when they charged me a 1 year membership without my permission, I was signing up for 1 month only.

I got my money back after many emails. I tried to get rid of their site not much luck, it is a joke of a site, hard to navigate etc.

I have just seen my Visa account and noted that they have automatically debited $308.38 from my Visa card which I most definitely did not give my permission to do.

Please advise how I cans to my membership with this site and get my money returned. I wish to have nothing to do with them.

Hi my name is Amanda Peters and I subscribed to aa dating site called Academic Singles over a year ago. I cancelled year subscription and was refunded my money.

I have just noticed that the above company has taken $308.38 from my Visa credit card and I have not given permission or renewed my account.

Please can you advise what can be done to get my money back and stop this.

I have tried to cancel my subscription but unable to do so. Have e-mailed customer services and nothing has happened.continue to receive deductions on my credit card .
