Called 800 number relative to TV ad for exercise program "Focus T25". Also purchased tow introductory diet supplements at an
introductory cost for a minimal supply. Was told I could keep the supplements, if I did nothing I would receive them monthly and be billed the full amount OR I could cancel within 30 days with no additional costs. I cancelled within 10 days. Cancellation spawned a slew of email charges, demands to return the product, etc. They want me to "call them". Calls mean nothing, I have mandated everything to be in writing. I looked up reports against them, the BBB reports 112 complaints against them this year alone, almost all of them for "billing" issues. Ripoffreport has several complaints of recurring credit card charges AFTER cancellations. I cancelled my credit card. They charge double what the ad for the DVD was, I am letting that because the effort to recover is worth much more than what they stole.
