I will note as well that JB Smith uses the alias "Jonathan Wood" - you'll note that the domain http://www.bearcompanies.com is registered under that name as well as the corporation

In either event, JB Smith has been known to run investment scams and is again doing so here under the guise of "venture capital" when it would appear to be an up front fee scam
