Tracking number: eh860480116my. My parcel have delivered to the wrong person whose name is hu mee at 29 August 2018. I don't know that person at all. And I have gone to the post office at 1pm the same day it has delivered to the wrong person. And the officer there just told me that the postman will get back the parcel and give it back to me. I expect to get it in the same day. But no, no news at all. What service is that?? If u know you delivered to the wrong address, u should have turn back and get it in the same day. My parcel may be opened by the person I don't know, and if my things are used? No responsibility at all. First didn't check the name (part of the blame should belong to the person who received it without looking at the name and address, and didn't call my number!), then the postman didn't even try to make things right. So disappointing
