refusal to refund for unsolicited merchandise
I ordered Aurora Anti-aging skin cream, tried it and found it irritated my skin. I called, requested and received a refund less some percentage which I assume was to resimburse for packaging. March 18 I sent an e-mail saying I had again received the skin cream and eye serum and again asked they be sure I would not receive any more, nor be charged.
March 23 I sent an e-mail asking them to remove my name from their list and saying any receipt of additional products would be considered unsolicited material. July 20 I wrote them saying I continued to receive unsolicited products which would go in the trash. June 12 they sent an e-mail which acknowledged my request.
On June 23 I discovered that despite my March 23 request they have charged my VISA account for $93.72 pm 4/13, and 5/16 and then again on 6/14. This, along with a 3/15 charge, totals $374.88....which because I did not telephone them to request such a refund, they are refusing to grant me.
I should note the products involved are Aurora Anti-Aging Skin Cream.....the subject of my initial order; and products which I never did order: Aurora Mineral+ hydrating eye cream, Nouvebelle s'nak peptide cream, Aurora Eye Serum, Bellesse anti-aging skin cream, some more then once.
