Matress is sagging and has a chemical odour

From the beginning of my Beautyrest Simmons mattress purchase, I have noriced an extreme chemcial odour that emits from the matress and goes onto my body. It is also sagging in the middle. Not what I wanted to sign up for. It is giving me respiratory issues.
