I used another web site for a survey. The survey was about testing the product. I signed for a free trial. I called the 1-800-434-1962 to cancel the membership within 15 days. They did not send me any e-mails with the return label or any forms to cancel the membership. I called credit card bank to let them that I do not authorize any future transaction for BEF RDERMA. I had a charge on credit card on January 2012. Now I am disputing the charge with credit card. BEF DERMA refuses to cancel the membership, so I cancel the credit card. Thank you for reading my complain.

These people are ripping many people off. Somehow my telephone # is being used as the complaint dept. for Belisi! Please do not call 978-640-0076 if you have a complaint. That is not Belisi's #.

I ordered and paid for($2.95) a sample. After receiving the sample which was shipped without any paperwork, I tried to cancel. They told me I had 14 days to cancel and they also told me that I was beyond the 14 days. I was not informed of this until after they started billing me. I cancelled and am still being billed ($49.50)and was never credited for The $89.98. I have since had to cancel the credit card used for this transaction so that I will not incur any more charges.

me too...the bank won't be paying it thou...my request(on the $89.98 charge)I saw iton my acct yesterday and acted right away..Is anyone out there honest at all?????
