Back on 2/11/11 I ordered a sample of a product called Tushy Tightner. I did not receive it until 5/18/11. Mean while, much to my surprise my credit card was charged a total of $214.45 consisting of 6 seperate charges. When I called C.S., they were no help. They stated that the product was shipped so therefor I was responsible for those charges.

Do not debit my account again. I can not afford your outrageous prices. You committed fraud in advertising (according ro my attorney). DO TRUST THIS COMPANY- they are a total scam. When I ordered my trial there was no mention of paying $90.00 for more of the same thing. I want my money back In my account and am tired of being lied to and hung up on when I call. They are a Godless company and should be ashamed of their selves. I also want to know how I get put of this!!!

I paid $4.98 for a trial and didn’t receive it. – On 11/1 – I was charged $79.98 and was told the product was mailed. I called 11/4 to have them stop the auto pay and was told they would send me a link to do so.

When I got the link it was to their website that told me to call them to cancel. when I called I ask to cancel my account and refund me since I never received anything and didn’t like their procedures and felt uncomfortable. At that point I was told no refund would be given and I had to find the link print a form and mail it in to end the auto.

I was told I could not speak with a supervisor and I was hung up on. Stay Away from www.belisi.com/vip – Its a scary scam!!

Help, I signed up for the trial with Belisi a couple of days ago and have been trying to cancel ever since. I asked to have the cancellation form sent to me as I could not see it on the web site as I think it doesn't exist. The customer service rep said he sent it to me by email and I have never received it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back. Help how do I get out of this.
