animal repeller

PIR Motion Activated Animal Repeller does not work. Animals are digging right in front with red light glowing on the repeller.
This is my second "animal repeller" I have purchased with the Bell & Howell name that does not work. Have tried in the past to contact B&H to no avail. Bell&Howell labelled products are a MAJOR rip-off.
