I ordered the buy one, get one free plus shipping.($19.95) I called at 10p.m. on March 30, 2021 (1-844-475-3582). I ended up going down a rabbit hole of 5 or more offers. There was no end amount, no order number. I really didn't know what was going on, I just kept saying no to the meriad of other offers. The next day I called the above number and was informed that I had selected an upgrade costing $66.90. I told the woman on the phone that was incorrect. She told me that during the March 30th call I must have ordered an upgrade, I said I didn't. She more or less told me to pack sand and send the items back.
Is this really how you do business!? All I wanted was the buy one, get one free, plus shipping and handling
