I ordered one of the BELL & HOWELL TAC SHAVERS as advertised on television, upon receiving my product I opened the package and retrieved my razor, the instructions said it had to be charged for 8 hrs before use. I plugged the USB charging cord into the razor and the entire bottom came off and will not snap back into place. Why is this inferior type product allowed to be sent out to customers without quality control checks.
