I ordered one Bell&Howell Tac Shaver for $19.99 with free shipping, and was able to get a second for merely paying a $6.95 fee. So two shavers for $27 & $0 s&h sounded like a good bet to me considering the reviews I've read on this product, I figured if even one of them works for my father I'll be happy. But during the purchase process it added 2 battery packs for $13.90. I didn't want any of the add ons, not the razor replacements before I know if they're gonna work, and certainly not $14 batteries when as far as I understand if you're not using the rechargeable feature it only takes 1 AA battery. I'm a Dollar Store battery type of gal. I tried to fix the prob immediately and considering I ordered straight from their site you'd think that'd be easy to do. Not so. And when I call their customer service line it says the call can't go through as dialed, like I'm doing something wrong, like all of a sudden I don't know how to make a call anymore. But wouldn't ya know I don't have that problem when I called the # listed to place an order, nope, got right through there, but she couldn't do anything to help me but advise I keep the batteries cause "it's a great deal." And even though the website says all orders ship out within 30 days, my order summary on customerstatus.com, which I cannot do anything to correct or even notify someone of the problem, says my order won't ship til on or around 7/21/22 like it's no big deal. Doesn't say we're back ordered or 'sorry for the delay' or anything. So it won't be here for Father's Day. All in all a crap experience with these fellas, which is really disappointing cause they have several other products we're really interested in. We are a big camping family so the flashlights and lanterns alone coulda been great. Hope to get this resolved quickly.
