I placed an order for 3 Bell & Howell Taclanterns for Christmas Gifts. It is now March 4th and I still have not recieved these items. I received a tracking number that was created on 1/19/2017 for Fedex Smart Post For my item it says shipped on 1/20/2017 9261299998944463114071. The money was deducted from my account on 1/20/17,

The above is the actual copy of what was drafted from my account. It is now March 4th and nothing. As this was to be Christmas gifts I would like to know when I will receive these 3 items, as when I try to track it all it says it label created. This is getting a little ridiculous and aggravating Please advise when I will receive these items.
