Broken sunglasses

Purchased sunglasses and night driving combo set from Bell and Howell on TV ad. The sunglasses lasted one
month and the frame broke. The night driving glasses are fine. I would like Bell and Howell to replace the sunglasses. the set cost
$32.00.
