Ordered 2 sets of lights and 1 light is not working. I can’t talk to anyone on the phone their customer service makes you wait forever because they are busy answering other calls. Waited 45 minutes and still didn’t talk to anyone.

I am sick of trying to get in contact with this company. they are stealing everyone's money. am calling the Better Business Bureau to see what they could do. they have taken the money but no product and it has been since April and this is July.

maybe you're in luck.. cancel the order- have your credit card credited via your credit card company.. or if it's too late, a warning for anyone else: don't buy this product. At best, after following instructions to let the lights "charge" in the sun light for at least 24 hours, the lights may work, but not consistently... mine, if they worked at all, stayed on for less than 4 hours. Intermittent brightness. Two didn't work at all.

Contacting the company was impossible. Phone number for customer service did not work. Went around that to the order number only to have the guy (sounds like it's outsourced outside the USA), on a very bad connection, who was hard to understand, told me to solve it via customer service, and he gave me the same phone number that doesn't work.

!! The lights look good on TV but not worth the aggravation.. Bell and Howell, I thought that was a reputable company.. but if it ever was it isn't now..

Ordered these lights on May 27. It is now June 17 and I still have not received this product. The tracking number I was given is showing “awaiting package”. There is no email address for me to contact the company to find out when or if I can expect to receive this product. I am totally frustrated.
