one of two doesn't work at all
We ordered two Bionic Spotlights direct from the company Bell & Howell. They came and we installed the first one after charging it for a full day and it wouldn't come on at all. Switch was on and it had been charged for 2 days at that point. So we installed the 2nd one and that one is working fine. We tried to contact customer service multiple times on multiple days and have stayed on hold for at least one hour each time (4 times in total now) and nobody ever answers. This is totally frustrating to say the least and unacceptable. I thought Bell & Howell was a respectable company but apparently I was wrong.
