BELLA RRITE

In December I started an online order for a free sample of Bella Brite, teeth whitener.
I ‘never’ submitted the order because I had questions concerning the ‘free trail’ contractual obligations and I had spent my extra money on Christmas gifts.
I think someone from their company called me first asking me to complete the order, but it was Christmas time and so much else was going on in my home that I can’t remember if they called me first or I called them. Either way, I clearly stated each time they called me (at least 2-3 calls) that ‘NO’, I would not complete the order and did not want the product, cause my funds were short from holiday spending.

On January 29, 2013, my account was overdrawn and when I inquired from MY BANK, I learned that Bella Brite had taken $ 87.04 out of my account. When I called Bella Brite at 866-238-5924 and spoke to a man, (who’s name I can’t recall, but wrote down on a pad somewhere in my house) who acknowledged that I never completed submitting the order online and I could do so with him then. I stated again that I did not want the product and when I explained that money was still taken out of my account, he insisted that I had received shipments and he had the tracking #s.

When I denied ever receiving anything at all, he started yelling at me and saying that I was lying cause I did receive the product. I asked to speak to his supervisor, but he refused to connect me. I also told him that I wanted my money back and he said that he could only send me half of the money. That’s when I got his name and #, which unfortunately I can’t locate at the moment, but the company does have a record of it cause he immediately made sure that two boxes were shipped to me which I received on Wed. Jan. 30, 2013.

After speaking to him I called MY BANK to report the problem and got a case# . The person I spoke to told me to check my statements to get all deductions taken. I did and found the other 3 deductions from December. A total of $168.07 was deducted from my account. I went to my bank branch on Thurs. Jan.31, 2013 with the unopened boxes I’d just received the on Wed. evening to show them. That’s when my official dispute was made.

I returned the packages at the post office. A copy of the receipt is enclosed.

My bank returned $163.17 to me in March, But REVERSED it and deducted it back out of my account on April 3, 2013,
When I finally spoke an agent from the banks dispute office, I was told that Bella Brite sent them official documents proving That I ordered the products, This is outrageous fraud and I need to know how to get my money back and have Bell Brite charged with fraud, harassment, disrespecting my honesty and integrity, while causing me financial stress.

misleading advertising

Sir,
I signed up for the Bella Brite FREE trial .. Postage and Packing were charged, and thats ok, but then they withdrew $157 from my account saying I had ordered the 'complete programme' . They would not accept returned goods as it was 'past the trial dates'. This is no more than a rip off , a catch to get you to say you have read the terms and conditions (all four A4 pages of it so they can go on sending you goods you did not want in the first place. The fact that there are so many complaints about this company must surely make somebody realise that the whole exercise in the advertising blog is to catch people out .
