Send back goods & still charged

I took the trial offer, got sent the trial, then I got sent the goods and was charges $89.00 plus postage. I cancelled goods and sent them back but have still had the money taken from my bank account. This is the second time they have taken money out of my account unauthorised. I phoned my bank and they said I can't cancel. Please help.
