Sadly I ordered the probes without checking the Internet of any complaints,
a) after two days of testing the first product I had to see my gp as I got very bad skin reactions (swollen face, rushes, itch).

A couple of days after my face was back to normal I tested the second product and same happened as with the first and so I had to see my gp again.

Two weeks after the "free 30 days trial" arrived my bank statement (this was Monday 14th November 2016), I got a shock as from my credit card was not only the shipping cost of $2.98 each charged per products but also two payments of $69.95 (plus bank charge for foreign currency) for each: the Bellaplex product and the same amount for the Collagenix.

I went then straight to my bank but the young teller said I would first have to contact the companies before he can object.

On the envelopes I found a phone number in America which I rung late afternoon, an obviously Asian girl answered my call, she told me I were been ordered the products and on 1st December they would charge me again. A discussion between her and me followed and in the end she offered me a price reduction of 30% when I would send the products on my own expenses back but this only when she immediately charge my visa card with $ 139 90 minus the 30% for the Bellaplex and the same amount for the Collagenix product, luckily my bank declined the payment so she asked for another credit card number which I didn't give her, so she said she would ring me next day again and I would have to give her then but she didn't ring me instead I found om the 15th afternoon two emails in my inbox from Bellaplex and from Collagenix but I was to stressed to open them.,

I was then again on the 16th November at my bank, had an other teller and told her what's going on, this teller immediately canceled my Visa card and filed an objection.

In the afternoon of the 17th this Asian lady did ring me but I changed my voice so she thought I were a male, she said she will ring again when I were in the office.


I don't know if I get my money back but I don't think so.

...and I don't waste any more cent in sending on my own expenses the products back to somewhere where I not even have an address, this crappy products will land in my rubbish bin.
