I also thought I was getting "free" samples from a department store that had overstock. My parcels arrived but I then went away and hadn't realised how much my "free" samples were going to cost me until I returned and read the fine print because in my absence another parcel came. So tried to call the company and was given the run around, i.e. the 30 day trial etc with a very rude person in the Phillipines who when I told her not to talk over the top of me HUNG UP! I have called my credit card company, alerted them to what is happening but have also found out this has cost me $400 dollars, I'm trying to find out where I can send this rubbish back but can't find an address, any thoughts? Also can consumer affairs be notified about this, how can a department store in Australia be linked to a total scam from the US?
