I saw the ad for Anti Aging Cream on Facebook, and thought I would like to try it. So I filled in the form and sent it off. Several weeks I received Two boxes of the product. There was no bill attached, infact no instructions what so ever.I tried the cream for a few days and found that it brought my skin out in a nasty rash, so I stopped using it. Then in mid December 2018 I received Two more packages, that I did not order. I contacted the phone number on the docket, which informed me that I now owed $153.89 ! When I checked my bank account , I found that the had taken $400 out of my account already. I canceled everything . and sent the two packages back. Please do not fall for their nasty fraudulent ways. Their products are crap .

Yesterday I received in the mail 2 x 30ml bellaplex cream. I don't know what it is and donot recall ordering it. there is no return address and I am very worried they will bill me for this. can you please advise me on the best way to deal with this,

After reading other reviews (and like so many wish, I had read before sending for trial) I have had nothing but trouble with the way this company takes funds from your credit card (that should of been a warning - don't supp,y your credit card details for a trial) I have been charged so much, like others phone to cancel order, had to pay an exhorbant amount but guaranteed my account was closed, received further shipment, if I didn't want to pay I would have to return 1 not my problem you sent this I have an email to say my account t closed, did t matter, either ship back or pay, this happened twice, I cancelled my credit card and haven't received any more 'free' samples.

Just read the reviews, see how all of us have been ripped off, and stay away from this product. Go to your local pharmacy, department store, you will get just as good a product at a cheaper price, or even if you pay more, you will only have to buy one product and not continually have payments taken from your credit card plus the inconvenience of going to the post office and paying to return something you didn't want in the first place

Definitely a case of byes beware.

I like many on here ordered the free trial. I phoned them up to cancel any more orders and was told rudely to return products after telling them 5 times that i want to cancel it. If I have any money taken out of my non existant account (meaning no money) I too will file a fraud complain with my bank and take it to consumer protection. This company needs to be made accountable. So many people have been ripped of.

I was offered a free trial I paid for the postage, They didn't arrive and I've been charged over $100 for the products I didn't order or receive.

I too have fallen into the scam of only paying freight costs for this product. How stupid was I? I ordered the product online, paid for the freight THEN I read the reviews, der! I immediately took most of the peoples advice who had left their comments and cancelled my card I made the payment with. This has worked but have received emails from Bellaplex saying I owe money! I have only ever received the two trial packs, nothing else. Also, its rubbish, doesnt work!
Forgot to mention, a couple days after I ordered the trial pack, I received a call from them letting me know the goods were on their way, when i mentioned the revieis i had read and voiced my concerns about not being able to stop further payments, i was assured this was not the case and i could cancel anytime!!

I just settled a bill from Bellaplex for $250 for product I did not want!

I too somehow signed up for the "free" samples for Hydroxatone/Luminex and got stung because I did not stop it after the so called 30 day free trial

Finally I called them to stop more product being sent to me but I had already racked up a bill. They send paperwork with the product which at a glance looks like they are charging you $0

I realise that is not the case when you look more closely but I didn't have the time to do that until it was too late

Is there a way to stop this happening?
