Product did arrive funds being taken from my account

I ordered this product months ago and it never arrived I phoned the company and emailed them asking that they stop deducting my account of the funds they are still deducting funds for a product I have not received I would like it stopped imediately and do not want the product as it never arrived. I have now moved premise's and have gone daily and checked the mail I would like the funds deducted from my account re deposited and please do not send the product. I have put a hold on my bank account and have lodged a complaint with the bank
