BELLAPLEX

Can anyone please tell me the address I can return my so-called "FREE" samples to? I was also duped, had to cancel my credit card and have been trying unsuccessfully to get an address out of these scumbags. I'm also trying to find out a consumer affairs department in the USA so I can report this blatant fraud. They use a logo for David Jones, Coles and Myers in Australia advertising "free' samples and this crap arrived. Unfortunately I went away and thinking this was my "free" sample did not read the fine print, now $400 later I am furious. Email me at [email protected], thanks

Cosmetic "Free Trial"

Ordered 1x face cream (Bellaplex)and 1x Eye cream on "Free Trial" Unasked for products also arrived. Tried products but developed a bad facial rash which has been uncomfortable, expensive to treat and unsightly. On 3/3/2016 notified the co. that I wished to return the goods and not receive anything further. In other words CANCEL AND do not charge me for anything FURTHER. m
MY CREDIT CARD NOW SHOWS A CHARGE OF $nz106.82. This was charged to my card on 6/3/2016 AFTER I had notified that I did not want anything more and was returning the goods.
Obviously this co. is scamming worldwide and has been for a number of years - why is nothing being done to stop this abuse??

Misleading advertising and a scam

They say there is one born every minute - but it looks as if there are lots of people who've been mislead by the dodgy advertising of this company. I do wish I'd checked out product reviews before giving them my details but I'll know better next time.
They advertise a full 30 day, risk free trial (of trial size product one would assume) but what turned up was full size product in two separate packages. On reading the (very) fine print I discovered that the 30 day free trial actually starts from the day the product is ordered, not when it comes into your possession. Given that it took 15 days to arrive here it was quite obvious that there would be no 30 days on trial without incurring MORE costs from their roller derby style company delivery.
After many attempts to call the numbers listed on the statement I finally emailed the company at both the addresses listed only to have them bounce back as 'undeliverable'. At this point I began to worry so I called another phone number (supposedly in Australia but which turned out to be located in FLORIDA) and spoke with a young man named William. He was polite but did attempt to lure me into accepting more product. When I said NO thanks he offered to extend the 'risk free trial period' for another week to make up for the time lag in delivery. I still said no thanks and then he stated that I had to return the products to an address in Australia ' to save you an arm and a leg in postal charges Ma'am'. Oh that's so kind. I have to return these products using a tracking number which will indeed cost me an arm and a leg but I have no option to do otherwise, or I imagine that the company will simply say they never received the product - I can see that one coming a mile off.
The final straw was when I asked WHERE on the very fine print was it stated that I had to return the 'trial' products. He read the entire page out to me as if I was unable to do so for myself. At the end I asked again where it was stated that I had to return the product and he said 'we don't put that on the paperwork because otherwise customers might not return it properly and so we only tell them about it when they cancel the order' or words to that effect. What a scam. I ought to have realised that when I saw the odious Dr Oz was connected with it that something wasn't quite right but that's all water under the bridge now. My next move, after posting this comment, is to call my bank and credit card provider, apologise for being such a trusting soul and STOP any further charges being debited to my account. Take my advice, have NOTHING to do with this company or anyone connected with them. All the best from Australia.
