Yesterday Sunday 06 November 2016 I went to Truworths at Maskam Mall in Vredendal to exchange a short that I bought the previous day. While I fit the short at home the price-tag came loose and I put it in the shorts pocket. I explain this to the lady at the pay-point and she told me that they wont take it back. This lady had a serious attitude problem and did not want to listen at any explanation. She accused costumers of wearing clothes and than bring it back to be exchange and this pisses me off because I know that this is not the way to treat a customer. She than call on the manager who assist me in a good manner and exchange the item. As a business owner in Vredendal I know that this is the wrongest way to treat a customer and therefore demand an apology from this lady in person.
