I applied for UIF unemployment benefits in 2022, my status shows with paymaster and has been for nearly 4 months.

I have called the call center twice a week, plus visited my local office, same answer, payment will be made within 7 to 10 working days.

This time frame has lapsed months ago. I am still unemployed and need this benefit to payout soonest.

The lack of accurate information and poor accountability by the paymaster team is unacceptable.

I need this resolved asap as I am in desperate need of this money. I have paid UIF for the past 35 years never claimed hence my disappointment.
