complaint status no update

May I ask if we have any problems with Kuching? I have always stayed at KLIA Hub dispatched from transit office and will not be in Update anymore. Or is there a problem with our Kuching Poslaju, is it a problem not to delivery? Because the people I sent to Johor on 22/06/2020 have already received it. But it's just that people sent Kuching very slowly.
