The actual owner, Ben was on a service call from my warranty company for an appliance repair. I had a discussion ahead of time about my concern with this being a continued problem where parts were already replaced. Within the first minute of the assessment he offered to replace the part that was just replaced, and when I asked him about it, he told me very harshly "what do you want to do"?. I replied I was not the expert but it didn't seem the solution was to replace the part AGAIN. There was no explaination of what could be the issue, the other concern was not even addressed. His tone and manner told me he was done, and either I agree to another wasted month of waiting for a new part, or I could tell him and diagnose the problem myself. I asked him for a service card, and I was told it was not "worth the money to give me one."
