In August 2016 our car met with an accident.we gave our car for repairs at Berger collusion per Insurance instructions..The car is on the name of my wife,Mini kaul. Insurance provided us a car from Hertz.Berger ordered wrong parts.Our car as such had to kept waiting for the right parts.Berger assured us that they will reimburse us for the delayed rent for the car which we had taken from Hertz.After the car was repaired we paid Hertz $272 for the delayed period and claimed reimbursement from Berger.They sent us a check for $272 which the bank did not accept as the name written on the check was misspelled.We had to pay fee of $10 to the bank.I informed Berger but they did not issue the check again.Last week I was told that the check has been issued.Eight days have gone but I did not get the check.I called Berger they did not have any clue.They avoid to pay $282. on one pretext and the other.Now about 9 months are over and I called 30 times..Please help.Thank you-Manmohan kaul 248 613 7987 [email protected]
