Cushions/feathers

The feather in the cushions are constantly poking through and sticking you in the back, very uncomfortable! Have to explain to guests what is happening. Feathers on the floor frequently. I always liked Bernhardt and shopped long and hard for my sofa. Very disappointed. The inner casing for the pillows has to be thicker !
