I purchased a couch and a love seat in 2013. Within a couple months feathers started poking out through the pillows and cushions. I contacted the furniture store who contacted Bernhardt. They did end up replacing the liners in the cushions and pillows. Everything was OK for a while but it is starting to happen again. It hurts when the feathers poke through because the pointy end sticks you when you sit or lie on the couch. Not to mention how bad it looks with White feathers sticking out. I thought when I bought Bernhard that I was purchasing a quality product. I have never had this happen with the couch or loveseat before in my life. I am very disappointed I have contacted the furniture store again and I'm waiting to see what they will do
