I paid my bill late in April. I sent my annual amount due and they cashed the check. I have not had any issue or phone calls from Best Way Disposal. Last week they stopped picking up my garbage. When I called a nice man apologized and said they would send someone out the next day. Still not picked up. So this morning I called and spoke to Amanda. Not the brightest light bulb in the pack for sure. She told me in April I paid on a closed account and I have been receiving free service. Now how does that statement make sense. They sure did not pick up the phone or send my money back. I was very rude to her only because there was not any form of resolving the issue. No Customer Service. I have reported them to the Attorney General Office for investigation of in proper business transactions. BBB will not handle any trash removal issues. If they are our only options seems like something needs to be done.

Called the company because my garbage was not picked up and the person on the phone was very rude and called me names so I spoke up and gave them what they had coming . Talked to the manager named " Steve " and told him what happened and he said he would take care of it and get my garbage picked up . About a week later I got a message on my answering machine and he stated that I had been payed up through the end of January and they would pick up for the last time and he did not want me for a customer anymore . I called him back and asked him what was going on and he hung up on me !
