I placed an order with BetterBedder last week and received emails stating that I would receive the order on October 11th. I sat home all day on October 11th and saw 2 different FedEx trucks go by the house. Today I called FedEx to ask why I hadn't received my order. I was told that yesterday was a holiday and that I should receive my order tomorrow (Wed.) October 13th. I told them that I plan to not receive my order on Wednesday because of this lousy customer service and if the FedEx tries to leave it, I will tell the delivery person to take the order and return it to where it came from.
