trying to get address to send this item back

Been trying get in touch with BetterBrella so I can send this back. Not getting any results at all. Sent an email which I thought it was there but seems not because I'm not getting any results. I explain the reason I want to send it back as it is very large for me to handle. I want my refund from the company. Tired of getting the run around.
