I had a completely different experience as some of these complaints I see on here. BFITS was an EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming staff. They take a small cut from your paycheck, as all agents do, which is nothing compared to the work they do for their employees. They provide us with materials and support every step of the way. I felt completely confident going into teaching working for BFITS. Anytime I had questions for my agent she was there to help me. I genuinely felt cared about and felt I had a personal relationship with my agent. BFITS felt like a family to me. They have a strong mission with education and are truly making a difference in the lives of their employees and the students they teach.
