Our broad band connection for the phone number 08857-244226 is not working since from Beginning (1 Month). I have already complained locally. The BSNL authorities were came and checked normally. But the connection is not restores. We have paid all pending bills.
we facing very much inconvenience due to continuous failure of internet connection.
Hence I once request BSNL authorities, through this online compliant system, please restore the failed internet connection immediately.

Sir, My land line BSNL is 0883/ 2467327 at Rajahmundry. My bills for payment of due amount is not being received. Earlier, some months back the message is used to appear in my mobile 9493106964. So, I never approached any BSNL authority for the bills.Presently, I am not receiving those messages also since long. I was given to understand by the personnel of BSNL working in the front office of Kotagummam BSNL office (where I usually subscribe my monthly bill regularly) that the details are being forwarded to the respective e-mails of individuals. Unfortunately, that is also not taking place. In these circumstances, it is becoming difficult to me to establish my residential proof to the Government authorities where and when it is required essential to do so. Therefore, I request the competant authority in BSNL, Rajahmundry to intervene and do necessary arrangements to ensure the delivery of my monthly bills regularly without fail. sir, i am using a NOKIA 3500 classic mobile with service provider as bsnl. i have got the final attempt of entering the PIN code and i made it wrong. again now i got the final attempt of entering the PUK code. imade it wrong then my mobile got struck and it had given a message SIM card rejected. it isn't working at all. so, i request you to send a solution to this problem.
