Our company has taken airtel CUG plan for 19 mobile phones.

The quality of Service which i must admit is PATHETIC. Airtel has hired people it seems to give more and more trouble to its subscribers.

One Mr HIMANSHU (09971698967) is our airtel relationship manager. We have given him 2 requests since last 2 months and he has not been able to get any one of them resolved.

Now when we ring him up, his phone doesn't get picked up.

AIRTEL KINDLY LOOK INTO THE FOLLOWING ISSUES AND RESOLVE
1. One CUG no 8800764222 out of the total 19 numbers is being billed at higher call rates.
2. We had requested one more addtional number to be added to CUG list and given all doucments to Mr HIMANSHU and the same is pending till date.
3. KINDLY provide customer care number for CUG customers.
