I was stupid for signing up in the first place as it became clear straight away that it was virtually impossible to 'win' anything. I believe the site is a complete scam and like so many others have lost 2 payments totalling £119.98. I can see the money sat in my bid wiz account, but am unable to get a refund as I hadn't read all terms and conditions.

I have cancelled my debit card to stop the third payment going out.

has anyone had a refund from them, is there a way round it?

I joined and started to use their free bids to get a feel of the site and after requesting a refund due to mis-information, it was denied and they referred me back to their long winded T&C's and had the F.........cheek to list the free bids I used as a form of participating in bidding.....

my account with bidwiz was closed but £59.99 was taken from my account i cannot afford any money taken from my account how can i stop it?

Same story as the majority of the reviews, charged £59.99 for initial membership which I was not aware of. Tried to phone Bidwiz on all of the phone numbers I found but either unavailable or no answer on any of them. Found a way to send them an email as it is not as straight forward as you would expect the reply stated that the charge was as stated in their t's & c's.

Signed up to bidwiz today, deposited £ 20,had no idea about the £59.99 membership fee, for 3 months minimum, although it says in t&c's I'm in a 14 day trial period. Emailed to cancel membership but no response as yet. I'm sure no one would sign up to this for 59.99 a month that's why they trick you and don't even offer a cooling off period it's too much!

The took 90 dollars out of my acc. They said it was in the terms & agrements that it was for exta bids and outher things I agred to but i looked at them not closely enought i guess. This is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS UR MADE OF MONEY.......

Iwas also charged 59.99 for subscribing to bidwiz this company is a joke I complained to them and they said I was charged this for bidding on charged bids No I did not I had 40 pounds put into my account for signing up to them after an initial 20pound sign up and what I bidded on was free bids that's why there is still the same 40 pounds sitting in the account which I can't get absolutely rip off PLEASE DONT SIGN UP!!!!!!

i purchased 50..00 pounds in bids on 29th august,and they took another £59.99, out of my account 10, days later4th sept,there is no warning and they will not refund or answer emails.keep away ,youve been warned....i can,t say wat i would like to about them as bad language is not aloud but if i new were they lived i would fire there house with them in it.its time the government did something about cons like this ripping of people that can,t afford it.

I cancelled this account last month and they have taken another £59.99 out of my account. I have sent an email stateing I have cancelled this account and asked for a refund but have not received any reply.

Bidwiz took £59.99 from my account without my authorisation. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this. I deposited £20 just to have a go at winning something for my grandson as I could not afford much. It seems likely that they may take another £119.98 over the next 2 months. I have stopped my card hoping to avoid this.

I stupidly signed up I am OAP and paid £50 Had no idea how to work it within minutes called to cancel. They sent form and said no refund as all in terms and conditions. there complaints procedure does not exist. a complete con. I hope they go bust.

I signed up for this foolishly without reading the terms&conditions,,,,as you do. Deposited my twenty quid. Have since been charged twice at 59.99 a month plus my original stake of twenty quid,,apparently there is a minimum contract term of 3 months. So at the end of it all the S******* would of taken 200 quid. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Anyone else managed to recoup there charges?
