unauthorized charges to my bank account I was not told that they would be takeing $6.99 a month out of my checking I was lead to believe that the 6.99 payment was a one time payment I want stop payments from my account

wont let me load what they wonting

DEAR SIR:
I BOUGHT THE GAME WORD SEARCH DELUX, IT WILL ONLY LET ME PLAY THE KIDS WORDS.. I HAVE HAD THIS GAME FOR MANY MONTHS NOW AND IT STILL ONLY LETS ME PLAY THE KIDS WORDS.
IT HAS MANY CHOICES BUT DOESNT LET ME ENTER THEM.
I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IT SO I AM WONDERING IF BIG FISH GAMES CAN PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS, SOON.

big fish games is charging me 7.59 for march and 7.60 for april which was paid by paypal and was not ordered by me. please check this out. Thanks R Lancer
