I have been a huge fan of ritz crackers for over 50 some years! Usually the only cracker I will eat. So when I saw for the first time the display at our local Walmart for BIG ritz crackers I couldn't pass it up But to my disappointment , after opening the bag, half the crackers were all broken. In fact only 13 were still whole. I do believe the way they are packedged is the problem. They should be wrapped in wax paper, as the smaller ones are, and put in a box, not a bag. Maybe you could fix that? I mean I would buy many more if I was assured of them arriving whole!
