I paid my electric bill on line for Rs 1718.00 on 07-06-2014 for the month of 04/2014 by Receipt No-NB000232537 but again this amount has been added in the bill for the month of 05/2014. Please deduct this amount from the month of 05/2014, so that I can pay electric bill on line for the month of 05/2014.

Most humbly and respectfully I wish to draw your kind attention towards my following few points for your favorable action please.

In my locality there is no proper Electric Poles and cables. Any how we are using the electricity by using our own Bamboo made poles and individual cables, In this connection my complaint No: 2103140019 dated 21/03/2013 is due for resolving.

On completion of my complaint I was allotted Token No:- 02103140019 and name for action taking Authority was also allotted - Kanchan Kumar Junior Electrical Engineer.

My wife went personally to the Electricity Supply Sub - Division Office Motipur and she was sent back to home without any solution.

Therefore I request your honor to kindly help us by providing Electric Poles and Cables. Kindly issue suitable directive to the concerned official for helping us.

I am Amar Kumar Sinha , S/O Narendra Narain Sinha, Co-Operative Colony,Near Lab our Office Madhopara,At-K.Hat, Distt.-Purnea
Pin-854301,Bihar.This is correct address but in the bill address is Tatma toli(incorrect) because of in correct address meter reader is not comming and I use to pay my electric bill through online every month.I think whatever ammount I payed that willbe more whatever i consumed.For correction of address I applied to the Purnea office also but no action has been taken till today.

Hence kindly adjust the excess amount in feb bill 2014

dear sir,
having consumer no NA20045 A/c no KDJ3449 of district nawada SBPDCL face a problem regarding error in electric bill. my past meter reading is 2127 and current meter reading is 2155 difference of only 28 unit is maked the difference of 10028 unit either by your meter reader or by your computer operator by taking current meter reading is 12155 in my electric bill for the month of november 2013 complain in this regard is done in concerned deptt at nawada but it is so sorry to say that after a lapse of considerable time no action will be taken by your deptt so kindly pay an attention and resolve the issue as early as possible
