Bill Andrews violates personal boundaries and engages in inappropriate behavior by pressuring people into doing things they don't feel good about, under the guise of "12 Step Spiritual Treatment".

It's like a doctor who unnecessarily exams a woman's privates for personal gratification, while telling her it is needed.

Bill Andrews' grooming process has been perfected by years of practice. An ignorant newcomer has no chance. He moves slow, and gradually moves into grey areas.

When a person tells Bill they feel like something is wrong, Bill accuses the person of dishonesty and they won't get sobriety unless they comply. This happens over and over again. Eventually the person is discarded and Bill moves on to a new person to manipulate.

*As part of my 12 step work, Bill Andrews pressured me into giving him all my bank account information and financial data. Bill said he needed this information so he could judge how much I could pay in Amends to others.

*Bill Andrews told me to stop taking Anti-Depressant medication because he said he wanted me to be suicidal so that I would fall into the arms of God.

*Bill Andrews tried to pressure me into sneaking checks from my wife so that funds could be drained from our bank account to pay Amends to other people without my wife's knowledge.

*Bill Andrews has tried to hide and conceal his activities: Bill Andrews repeatedly told me to keep our talks secret and not to tell anyone what we were doing. Looking back, it's clear Bill did this so he could escape accountability and oversight for his actions.

*I later learned that Bill Andrews is deep into his own addiction of controlling and manipulating others. To find people to manipulate, Bill seeks out vulnerable people by posing as a volunteer for the AA helpline, as well as seeking out newcomers in various AA meetings.
