Sir, On 01.04.2018, I made online payment by using PNB Debitcard No.6070 xxxx xxxx 7850 to PSPCL of Rs.2310/- against Elect.bill Acount No.3001788030.and payment was Aborted from your end and whereas it was debited from my PNB account Rs.2334.48.
I immediately tried to contact you thru email and I recvd an email to solve your problem to contact 8402832979 which I later I found it was a Frauder . As per normal rule when the amount was sent to party concerned but got aborted then within two days the amount will get refunded but whereas it was not by your end, I checked my Account from bank 04.04.2018.
As the bill due date falls on 02.04.2018 and that day was Bharat Bandh, then I have to use another Service PayUmoney and money was immediately received by PSPCL on 01.04.2018.
I have made many times used Billdesk for various payments and had never any problem. This is First it happened. Now due to above said Frauder, I closed my account from PNB Branch Hall Bazar Amritsar and transferred to another PNB local branch Batala Road Amritsar and even above mentioned Debitcard related to previous account also got Blocked.
Hence, it is my humble request to your good office to Refund Rs.2334.48 which was debited by bank but the transaction was Aborted at your end and remit to my present PNB A/C No.052000100292319. So that I should not loose TRUST with Billdesk.
