Hello! I won the silver Koi fish off the grand wheels . In slot room Lucky Lotus room # 43096. I keep encountering the same promblem's over & over again , within the slot room on the wheels. I have contacted customer support & I'm told " I did not win the collection card off the wheels". 😡 I'm so angry 🤬 & ready to delete this game in all.😡🤦‍♀️ My problem has been ongoing & no fix on the game .😡🤷‍♂️
