During the physical exam at biolife plasma on 63rd st in okc ok wrongfully deferred me bc of her option about a scar on my arm that i got 5-10 years ago and its still pink bc i never went to get stitches. She assumes its cut mark and said i cant donate for a year from now. I thought we donate to help other people in need of plasma so turning away someone that wants to save others bc of her assumptions is wrong. I should not be judge bc of the scars on my arms beings over 10 years

I always lately seem to get an employee who is new. I think they put new people to work before they are ready. I was in lots of pain and they kept moving the needle around. I have some horrible bruises on my left arm. I could not bend my arm when they got through with me. Maybe they need undercover people to go there and see for themselves the incompetence going on there. The girls seems to want to be seen more than doing their job. I could not finish my donation and they cancelled my next appointment. Don't worry biolife I ever go there again. I have pictures.

They advertise a buddy bonus but i havent recieved it and have not been deferred from them my wife went and donated so we would have an extra hundred and eighty dollars but we only got the 60 ive donated four times and she has 3 times everyone keeps saying oh we left a note for management but they never call and its been a week since the day i was supposed to have it on my card everytime i call im on hold until i get tired and want to hangup. The management needs to get it together dont advertise thibgs ya dont come thru on. The excuse was the bank is holding it i know that is not correct because we just spoke to the bank and they show no deposits being made
