Fraudulent charge/company

While ordering for medicine Testicles, confirming purchase of IR1450, charge appeared was USD 140.55, equivalent to IR10,005 for a yearly supply instead of single bottle for trial. On checking on line, found this company Biotrimlabs- a fraud company and claims of exactly same nature are pending since 2017. Apart from charging higher amount,they are not supplying also,so how come this company is still on Google Seller list?
