I bought Bitdefender Total Security last year as I read they were the BEST antivirus software.
I was very dissappointed though when I wasnt given FULL access to features/modules & that I haf no administrative rights to access the Full Security software.
So I contacted their support only to be repeatedly told that I had to log in as MS DOS mode then type in such & such, then make sure I logged in Safe Mode. I told them repeatedly that I didnt understand it all as I wasnt computer savvy but they wouldnt offer any further support.

Then to ONLY find last week that they took AUD $89.95 OUT of my bank account without my permission, I called them & was promised a full refund.
I am still waiting so I emailed them only to get a response that they will offer a partial refund or extend my membership.
After telling them that wasnt good enough that I wanted my money back or I will take legal action against them, they now are ignoring my voicemail messages & emails.

Any advice anyone can offer please? I am so angry grrrrr
