OVER CHARGED AND NO SERVICE

IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY i HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED FOR NOT RECEIVING ANY SERVICE. MY ACCOUNT WAS SHUT DOWN WITH NO ACCESS...THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASSION. I NEVER OT TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. I'VE ATTEMPTED TO PLACE A PICTURE ON MY PROFILE SEVERAL times. finally I'VE sent at least six or seven email no one has YET CONTACTED ME TO THIS DAY..I FEEL VIOLATED AND DISRESPECTED
