To whom it may concern
Dear Sir / Madam
I trust you well and find yourself at peace. My name is Larian Malgas.
Recently my fiancé took my BlackBerry Bold 9900 to her ex employer were she was working at that stage namely Nokia Outlet - Cape Road, Port Elizabeth.
Ali and Shamegh is the owners their, but at that stage Ali was there and Shamegh at another store in another province. Before Ali went on holiday my fiancé took my phone in for repairs and he start working on my phone, he was than away for a few months which I've understand, but when he came back after the few months holiday, I than contacted him for my phone. He just told me my phone is at the Nokia Outlet - Cape Road, Port Elizabeth, his not working anymore there but his partner is working there now named Shamegh. I than went to Shamegh shared with him the above, he than told me he know nothing about the phone and the shop was very unorganised when he got there. He took my contacted number and told me he will come back to me.
After a few months he did not contact me and I've contacted hom today to find out there is no sign of my phone and I must sort this thing out with Ali.
I'm tired of this up and down with your Nokia Outlet Franchise - Cape Road, Port Elizabeth, now so can you please with get my phone back, I already paid for the repairs and I've d used that phone for business purposes went I'm out of office.
Please regard this request as urgent and from a really unsatisfied Nokia client.
Your none hesitant cooperation will be gladly appreciated.
Regards.
Larian Malgas
